The staff is consistently courteous here, the services are excellent, and location is favourable close enough to the stadium and the Mumbai-Bangalore highway and city centre. Liked smooth check-in and late check-out.

For a 5 star hotel everything was perfect, I loved to be here. The staff was efficient and decent. Btw, problem was resolved upon request too. The room was impressive and neat, complete with good facilities, lovely bathtub.

Reasonably priced location with attractive rooms. There were WiFi, hairdryer and blinds in the room, liked that. Staff was willing to help and cooperative, they treated us like family. The breakfast was exceptional with lots of cheap food on offer.

This was a pretty clean and luxury hotel. The breakfast was delectable, I loved its variety. The room was ordinary and it had a spacious bathroom. The bell staff were more than exceptional!
Communication was challenging, wi-fi was quite slow.
